recipe makes 2 gallon
2kl of gooseberries.
2lt of red grape juice.
1.5kl of sugar.
340g of honey.
1tsp of yeast (per DJ)

Well I'm sure it's tasty enough, but meads don't contain "1.5kl of sugar". It'd be easier if the recipe gave a gravity start and then it's a P.o.P to replace the sugar with honey as it should be for such a melomel.......Originally posted by mark g View Postrecipe makes 2 gallon
