Hi everyone, Im new to this forum but not wine. I am a current poster on two other forums but more knowledge is a good thing. I make alot of fruit wines but venture into kits once in awhile. I have 6 gls. of RJS Barolo, 6 gls. of Raspberry, 6 gls. of Cherry, 6 gls. of Millenium Sparkling wine, and 2 gls of Welches White grape oaked all bulk aging and just waiting for it to warm up here in Ct. because my basement is just too cold to ferment right now even with a brew belt on.Comment

The names Steve, sometimes nankingcherry, because of my first wine attempt. I prefer Fulldraw because I'm a bowhunter and it's also the name of my company. I found this site thanks to Hippie... who is a nonstop river of posts on winepress and a fairly smart guy from what I can gather.
