Forgot to mention, We get grapes from Italy in september, they run at about £5 for 1 gallons worth, if you want to have some let me know and you can tag onto our order.

Currently only making mead, though as soon as I can get round to the local PYO, fruit wine production will commence.
Plus if I can convince "erindoors" to let me spend the readies, I want to have a crack at moonshine, though that'd be using strictly commercial ingredients.
I've started a blog as well, as I just want to "spread the word".
