    Hi all

    Hi all, Ive been wine making and brewing for 20 years on and off, over the last 3 months ive started up again with wine and beer. ive got about 35 gallon at the mo i still consider myself a beginner and would appreciate any advice. Happy brewing.

      Although I live in West Yorkshire I'm a geordie but Yorkshire is my adopted home

        hi all

        Hi all I have just moved over from the old wines at home
        I live in Cumbria and just started brewing wine .My main aim is to brew from fruits.
        Currently I have brewing 1 gal Sloe wine /1 gal unknown grape wine /5 Gal vermouth
        And in bottles I have 2 gall Elderberry / 2 Gall pear (but this is too sweet so going to brew some thing to mix with it)
