    • We are a progressive lot and trying to peddle the modern way of winemaking, things have moved on a great deal in the last few years, and we have more tools at our disposal such as refined yeasts nutrients and stuff that helps us control the process much more

keep partaking of the discussion and you will find all sorts of stuff

      regards
      Bob

                              • Hi All

Im Chris I live in Bracknell I work in IT and am just starting out experimenting with brewing. This is with much disgust from the wife about the various smells now wafting round our house.

Ive started with the well recommended Number 1 in 3 different forms and have a Blackberry busy bubbling away too.

I have been sitting in the side lines for a week or so now love the site. I have learned quite a bit from you knowledgeable lot and have had a few giggles to

                                Cheers All

                                Chris
