Hey Duffbeer, Just to let you know it arrived safely. Thank you.

Also I can get it started within the next week or so as my freecycle request has resulted in an offer of 70 bottles from an 'ex homebrewer' - just need to take a drive out of county to collect them!

    Cheers!

        Ditto.

I have 7.5 gals of Choc Raspberry Port, at least 3 gals of elderberry & other ports (actually more like 5 gals), I have no room and no need for more port.

... but I'd still like one

              Blackberry Port Limited Release

Native to the Americas, Blackberries are bursting with intense fruit flavours. Often used to describe Cabernet Sauvignon, blackberry aromas are deep and richly fruity. This, along with lingering tannins and a gorgeous deep purple hue make it an excellent foil for the broad richness of Port. Bright berry notes lift up this wine, making it a superb foil for intense cheeses, roasted nuts and especially chocolate desserts.
Food pairings: Delicious on its own or with any dessert, or serve with toasted nuts or shortbread.
Sweetness: Med-Sweet | Body: Full | Oak Intensity: Medium

Okanagan Peach Icewine Style Limited Release

The Okanagan Valley lies in the rain shadow of British Columbia’s Coastal mountains. The region’s very low annual average rainfall means that part of the valley is a true desert! In this climate grapes ripen to perfect intensity, with notes of honey, apricot, and spice. Winexpert’s Okanagan Peach Icewine style has deep floral notes, stone fruit and perfect sweetness, balanced with the sun-ripened perfume of a luscious peach.
Food pairings: Can be enjoyed all on its own, it’s an excellent accompaniment to earthy or salty cheeses like Danish blue or Tilsit, or spicy snacks like tapas or flavourful Asian dishes.
Sweetness: Sweet | Body: Full | Oak Intensity: Medium

Available to order, estimated arrival in UK is September.

I will need firm orders A.S.A.P to avoid dissapointment

Any idea what price these are, or are likely to be?

Probably be around the £50 mark or so I'd have thought. The Choc rasp port was £45 to 50 depending where you got it from iirc.

I'll have 1 Blackberry port for definite, I'll let you know next week if that will be two..

Karl: I have no room, my fermenters are full, I have 10 gals of port already, what possible use would I have for another?

Put me down for a Blackberry Port then

Thanks Bob. How long do the port kits have to be aged for normally? Quite a while i'd guess?

The Chocolate Raspberry Port is drinkable when young (3 months +), but I have tried some which was older and it does improve.
