Just wanted to keep you posted that it was decided the NEW meeting time is the LAST SUNDAY of the month. For March it will be the 27th!

picked up my bottle of Campo Viejo Rioja this weekend, 2007 vintage.

Got my bottle, too. Looking forward to VWC next weekend.

It's taken a lot of will-power to not open my bottle and buy another. Looking forward to cracking this one open.

Not sure at the mo. We're going to the neighbour's for lunch, and that normally wipes out the entire afternoon and evening (Rich will vouch for that ).

With Pete now safely off for lunch, I can tell you all he'll have a few glasses of vino, then fall asleep snoring his head off. Thus wiping out the afternoon and evening a treat. Mrs Goldseal will drag him home, and maybe leave him downstairs for the cats to feast upon. (His neighbour will finish off the wine, and tell Pete that he'd drunk loads..)


Meanwhile, I've lit the bbq as the sun is out up here, surefire way of getting it to rain this afternoon. Beer in a corny keg is way too easy to drink! hic..

I have bottle of Rioja at the ready but not sure if or when I can make it. I'll do my best as I'm desperate to learn more about wine tasting and thoroughly enjoyed the last one.
