No fizzy class this year, but we are thinking of it for later...

I am currently testing the pet bottles to see if they take carbonation at the level of fizzy wine produces (I suspect they wont)

They probably be ok for my last lot of fizzy.. It wasn't that fizzy. My bottles should be with you today or so.

I added some of the fizzy seyval mix to them yesterday (half filled them, and squished sides of bottles in)....had to release the pressure this morning...they were tight as a drum, so Im not sure they can take proper fizzy levels of pressure.....beer levels maybe, but sparkly can produce 90 psi

I used 5gm sugar per 750ml
