No fizzy class this year, but we are thinking of it for later...
I am currently testing the pet bottles to see if they take carbonation at the level of fizzy wine produces (I suspect they wont)N.G.W.B.J.

I added some of the fizzy seyval mix to them yesterday (half filled them, and squished sides of bottles in)....had to release the pressure this morning...they were tight as a drum, so Im not sure they can take proper fizzy levels of pressure.....beer levels maybe, but sparkly can produce 90 psi
