    Cheers man, I think the trade for the Brunello work in my favour though. Very VERY nice red.

    Pro tip: Use Lychee or elderflower wine instead of sake in teryaki sauce. Very nice.

        At our November wine club meeting I've been asked to organize a presentation and tasting of "Pinot Noir From Around the World." So tonight I have the pleasure of doing "research" (i.e. tasting some good Pinot Noir).

              LAst night some Merlot from grapefest 09...still a teeny bit rough at the edges but shows huge promise

                Blackberry wine 2009,ready to drink.

                Tonight a gallon of blackberry wine along with two bottles of raspberry 2009 wine and a bottle of rice and raisin 2009 wine are all ready to drink
                I think i will have the rice and raisin wine tonight with a of EDME lager.
                Tomorrow i will try a bottle of blackberry wine

                          A 2009 late-addition Lychee - not bad

                          A 2005 Phoenix, from my mate's father-in-law's vineyard up near Telford - REALLY VERY GOOD.

                          A 2009 Ciliegiolo - light, very fruity - really quite pleasant
