it's been a busy time, me and the better half are a bit tiggered, so we rewarded ourselves and broke out something special. Green Tea & Ginger Wine. We deserved it and loved it.

Koomber came over yesterday afternoon, we managed to get through some Pacific Quartet (still superb) and a couple of half bottles of lychee, squeezed v drained comparison brew, the squeezed batch was much better last night than the drained. Along with a bottle of wine #1 with late addition gooseberry. This was either a little too sweet for me, or not quite enough acid but still very pleasant.Last edited by Rich; 31-10-2010, 07:34 AM.

last night M and I had a rather lovely bottle of 2001 St Emillion Grand Cru (Chateau Laroque)
