SORRY just had a very nice bottle of parsnip wine and i must it was very very nice, My son-in- law who does not like parsnips liked it to (did not tell him it was parsnip)

'07 Apple tonight (no elderflower).

On the advice of a friend (who makes some of the best apple wine I've had), I only used malic acid in it. I gave him a hard time about it at first, but now I really do think he was right.
