Well as suspected... the chocolate was located in the top right hand compartment of my fridge door

But there is plenty wine in there too...
    See ya soon

      • Last Septembers Monte for me last night, I bottled a gallon of it a couple of months back to taste over the summer. Not too bad, I'll have the other half of the bottle tonight!

Haven't tried that but it sounds kinda good.

I am drinking something called "Golden Kaan," a South African cab sauv. Very unusual. Has almost a rubber tyre/dried fig sort of smell and residual sweetness. I've never tasted anything like it. If I had to describe it in non-lay terms, I would say it was like South Africa was trying to create a wine that appealed to people who like Aussie "critter" wines. I can't decide if I like it or hate it.

                (if that makes any sense)

                    • Last night I had a Koll Bremmer Calmont Riesling from Germany. It's grown in the steepest vineyard in the world, Calmont, which apparently has a 210% grade.

I don't know if that makes the wine better, but it was a nice Riesling.

medium sweet, very good crisp acidity, fantastic Bouquet.
Will definately make this again this year
