I've had that before. Clever name, and the wine ain't too bad either.
Gotta agree, we certainly liked it. If I didn't have all this wine I'm making, I'd run out and grab some more of it. The only thing wrong is that it came in a screw top bottle, and I am in need of many more cork finish bottles.

Chardonnay made from juice. I used the fine lees to bring out a buttery mouth feel. That was successful but it has a bit of a funky odor. I notice that since being bottled this funk has reduced and more fruit is coming through hopefully with some time i will have what I was looking for. It is only about five months old and bottled about one week ago.
