Then, a few large portions of whiskey. Islay Bowmore, not too bad!!

I thought that the other week when I tried the 07 and the 08 together.

Tonight we've had a bottle of Dino Sangiovese, half price on offer from tesco. Not that impressed with it. Seemed a little thin, and maybe even a little gassy. I had a bottle of my Sangiovese last week which was much better. Bit miffed that I only made a gallon of it.

Wine No 1 Rose made with 1l red grape juice + 1l apple juice very impressed considering it was a mistake .

Having a glass of my '07 Sonoma Pinot Noir (fresh grapes). Hadn't tasted it for awhile. It was *okay* when bottled, but after 6 months it's mellowed out considerably.
