My daughter brought me a bottle of pinot grigio. I've never had it before ... and I don't think I'll be having it again! Maybe it's too cold. I'll keep testing it and see if it improves .

I will have a read of that later. I must admit that it did improve as it warmed a little. I won't be rushing out to buy some though. Having said that, I do prefer the reds.

a bottle of parsnip wine (3 months past it's 1st birthday ) with home-made sushi - plenty of wasabi - and a fine accompaniment it made too! then a little "late bottled vintage port" 2004 as the wee small hours approached
To most people solutions mean answers. To chemists solutions are things that are mixed up.
A fine wine is a fine wine, 1st time may be by accident, 2nd time is by design - that's why you keep notes.
