This evening it will be spaghetti with our Petite Sirah that we bottled about three months ago. We're trying to be good and let it age...but what the heck...it's just one bottle.
We all have to believe in something; I believe I'll have another glass of wine.
Well, I opened the first of my cranberry wines.
I still think it needs a bit longer to mature, but not to bad considering.

Cook's perks - a glass and a half of mead left over from a bottling session. Very more-ish but I was a good girl and left the rest of the bottles alone
Just put some finnings into a chocolate wine and a wine No 1, had to have a good taste tobe sure ok. Well I must I can give my self 12 out of 10 both very nice.
