OK need some help

Jak is having trouble posting in the forum, he can register, it shows him online etc etc etc

the issue is around cookies

he needs to enable cookies, he is using AOL...any other AOl users care to lend a hand, I know all the settings for microsoft internet explorer but not AOL (which I assume is netscape)

your help would be greatly appreciated

I think AOl uses netscape as its default browser
not 100% sure though

need to determine how Jak can enable cookies in AOL

Me neither. I'm computer illiterate so I can't be of much help, The other half had a bit of trouble with another website and he was told to go to enable/disable cookies. Try looking on the AOL help.
Not much use I'm afraid, but I have had no trouble with any of the forums. Sorry

Ive tracked down the right helpline number for jak and emailed him it

he is going to give them a ring and see what they say

i was trying to talk him though it on the phone but im not familiar with AOL and so it was a tad tricky, but it is enabling the cookies that needs to happen.

the issue is with his software auto updating and adding a security patch that has disabled cookies.
