A quiet one really.
My sister and bloke came over, din din was at the in-laws (as is usual for a sunday).
Not so much drinking the mead as racking it.
I did the 3 X 1 gallons of JAO, with only a tiny amount of sediment.
It doesn't seem to have mattered that one was with orange, one with lemon and one with lime (the other 2 X 1 gallon with lemon and lime but 1 is bread yeast the other is 71B), because the taste is different but the colour looks exactly the same.
Thank god for self adhesive labels
