  • Put my back out

It was Sunday morning got washed and ready for the allotment all ready to go, went to pick up a towel in the bathroom and my back just gave way i couldn't get up had to sit there for 5 minutes then try make my way to the bed i was in agony
so the allotment went for a burton this weekend luckily im feeling better now i think it was just a pulled muscle or a trapped nerve so i stayed at home and even though i was in pain still managed to mess about with some wine will take more than a bad back to stop the winemaking
