Following on from JtFB's listening thread i got to thinking who would you have in your band if you could put them together. Alive or past musicians are welcome and would say that any backing singers you enrol should be there as eye candy not on vocal ability.
The Make up of the band is purely your choice, it does not have to have a Rock Band line up, playing what ever tracks you want. Suggest that we just list opening number for the set and the encore incase you get asked to play one.
I'll start off with
Lead Vocals Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden)
Lead Guitar Mark Knopfler (Dire Straights)
Rythmn Guitar Gary Moore
Bass Guitar Mark King (Level 42)
Drums Nicko McBrain (Iron Maiden)
Keyboards Phil Collins
Backing singers Amy Nuttall (Emmerdale)
Charley Webb (Emmerdale)
Roxanne Pallette (Emmerdale)
Think after listing the musicians i may have to enter a second band, there are to many greats out there just to have the one band.
Opening number would be Ready to Rock by the Michael Schenker Group.
Encore piece would have to be Whisky in the Jar, but the Metallica version, rather than the original Thin Lizzy one.
