Bl**dy silly hobby, this.
I have run out of room.
The cupboard under our stairs has three racks with a capacity of about 120 bottles. It's almost full.
There are 30+ recently-corked bottles on our dining table (I've been told we might need the table over the next few days).
Our little spare bedroom has a fermenter in it, containing my first batch of sparkling wine.
The other spare room now has 65 jars of honey in it
My office has 5 DJs in it, in addition to all my work kit. Oh, it'll soon have a 5 gal fermenter in it too.
The kitchen is currently full of bottles being cleaned.
My shed is full (and I MEAN full) of empty bottles.
My garage contains about 35 gallons of wine in various stages of ageing/clearing etc., in addition to all my winemaking kit. And three more kits.
There is a 90 bottle wine rack kit in our hall, waiting to be assembled and placed in a cupboard I'm having made for the dining room.
I honestly can't remember why I thought it'd be a good idea to make wine.
