1,000 members soon?

Well this morning I deleted member number 7,000, (another spammer of course)

They are a pain in the behind, I simply dont know what they get out of it. But I know I have had to delete just over 6,000 of them.


But the forum has grown well and I am pleased that we do not (well occasionally) have the problems I see elsewhere with renegade members.

Thank you all for making this a fun place to be and special thanks go to the mod team who do such a sterling job.

I go to several forums and I think the set up philosophy and management of this one is superb. Bob you are a special person with a drive second to none.

i'm only new here but what i have seen so far is cool; knowledgeable folks who are neither snobby about brewing nor condescending and/or pinickity of those who are on the never ending path to improving their craft.

They are what make the search engines work, they are everywhere on the net, you normally dont see them, but i set the forum so you can see which are spiders and bots and which are real people
