Lucky you . I'm pushing my luck - 5 gals in the office, 12 gals in the front room (well, 14 if you look hard enough ).

Frustrating - I have plenty to ferment, but no more room, and I have run out of airlocks again. All because most of my fermentations are limping along

Will likely start my LE Petit Verdot tonight. The kit, along with a brand new fermenting bucket, has been sitting on the dining room table for over a week now. The wife is not happy and has been making comments under her breath. It's a good thing I am thick skinned.

Forgive my ignorance but what is rubicon juice? I always thought that rubicon meant a point of no return.

No idea what it means... it's a brand of tropical fruit juices, usually sold in the world foods isle at Tesco et al see here

Got a 2 gallon citrus fruits & passionfruit experiment under airlock. Quite acidic at the moment but will wait until it finishes and se what it's like.
