      Its finished.
      Been racked and degassed.

      I will try it again though, and add them at 1.010
      When do you add the pectulase then ?

      • I added my Pectolase at the start. It cleared nicely with the help of 1ml of Kwik Clear

                      • bottled first of the pomegranate number 1; light, easy drinker, top notch gap filler.

                          I keep meaning to try a pomegrante number one....
                          I am sure I seen pomegranate juice on offer in Lidl recently
                          I will need to check....

                          • If using pomegranate, i would likely make a wine No2 stabilised and sweetened to medium i feel would work better, I find pomegranate a tad sharp if drunk dry

                              2 liters of pomegranate & 1 liter of WGJ....as #1 reducing the suger slightly and 1/2 tsp of glycerin.

                              Back sweeten to about 1.000......very fruity nice rose
                              Alcohol causes you to forget things, and some other stuff I don't remember!
