It is amazing that you can insure your car without effort over the internet.
However, if you want to contact them you have to telephone, then you wait, and wait and wait.....
Haven't these people found out that simple information can be sent over the internet.
The automated mesage I received on Saturday was, if my call was not urgent please call later. I did, three times on Saturday and three more times today. When is later?
I've finally written to them, all could have been done with a simple e-mail.
