    Just want to take this opportunity to wish all at W@H every happiness in this festive season! Hope santa brings you all that you wish for christmas, and most importantly of all you spend some precious time with loved ones.

    Enoy the fruits of your labours too - hopefuly plenty of home brew wine and beer is sunk

    Have a great time and hopes of a peaceful and prosperous new year!!

                            Add my voice to the Happy Christmas wish - looking forward to trying your ideas and recipes this year.

                            Christmas day passed without a drop of home made anything (for shame!) - I had a busy time middle of the year and there's a big hole in my inventory... I'm going to set some kit wine going in January/February to make sure it doesn't happen next year. We bought each other trees for Christmas - a quince and a mulberry... they might take a bit longer!

                            All the best for 2012!
                            Now bottling 20DJs of 2013 red and making room to rack 5 carboys of 2014 red to the DJs where they can wait for another winter.
                            Thank goodness for eBay! (local cache of DJs)
