I got myself a copy of the Bill Smith "award winning wines" book and its brilliant - I see that he recommends using silicone rubber tubing when syphoning- anyone know where this can be obtained? I find the food grade plastic stuff is ok but does not like temperature fluctuation and can annoyingly curl up before you get it where you want it to go!!!!
