I still have some crimbo puds to use up that I bought with the intention of making a No 4/crimbo pud batch.
A recent brainwave/brainf@rt and I'm thinking of making it a crimbo pud mead. Just replacing the sugar with honey.
Oh, and there's nowhere locally stocking Gervin yeasts, so is there anything wrong with using K1-V1116 instead?
Any flaws in my master plan ???
