Oxy pro is the way forward. Works an absolute treat. I put my better bottle on its side with some oxy and hot water and leave it for a few minutes, turn to expose a fresh are and leave for a while. Have had some gunge that has resisted my efforts but a some cold water and rice usually scours it off.
