Wine Makers around London?

Hi there,

in August this year, I will probably come to the UK for a short holiday and was wondering if there are any wine makers around London? I will do a trip from London to the very south as far as I can see now. Just asking...I mean usually wine making is more the French or Italian art, isn't it? But I thought I'll give it a try. And I will have opportunity to take some bottles with me as I have booked a transport service to the London airport with (link removed by Bob - unauthorised advertisng link) which means that the bottles won't break on the journey
