    Hey real excited I took a level 1 Sommelier course a couple months ago and the results just came back I passed with 90% very pumped right now.

              Thanks. The course was super had a excellent instructor Michelin Chef level four Sommelier was a wealth of information and knowledge. Also a bit of a ham kept us interested put some very interesting combinations together. Some were excellent matches but also would have one that the acids would not work well together in the mix to show what the difference was and explain why. Also went through faulted wines and had bottles of wine for examples of what corked was ETC. This was not just a wine and cheese tasting.

                    I did this for two reasons. First is my own thirst for knowledge so personal progression. Second I can use the gained knowledge to recommend wines to my customers this will prove it's self over time but I believe that if you build a trust with your customer with good information and truth in what you do and say the reward will return to you. So business wise building a stronger customer base.
