Heavy Bodied Blueberry
Here are two photos of the heavy bodied blueberry that I have just completed bottling. This wine was chaptalized twice during the primary ferment. To say the least it sure has some power. I managed to retain a great fruity flavor. It still has slight residual sweetness as it was made on the dessert wine procedure. The color is a great red and clear through and through. Even at this young age (6 months) it is very smooth. Bottle ageing another three months will help develop this country wine further. Blueberries along with blackberries and boysenberries are three of my favorite country wines. Cheers Daw
