    Busy bob today

    Reichensteiner vines ... from the Pergola at the old house ...planted at new house....

    boy it was hot today

    planted 6 reichentsteiner, 3 Solaris and 4 regent...oh and pruned tons of ivy and Rowan tree

      The 5 Monteulciano are still in the greenhouse in pots, they are thriving

      cant decide if i should plant out or not?

        My 3 are doing ok outside in Yorkshire, but not thriving. The 2 Monte in the midlands are doing very well outside!

        Hopefuly Goldseal can post a pic of the vines in pots we share They are going crazy!!

          having slept on it, I dedided to plant the Montepulciano outside

                      Busy again today (boy it was hot)

                      three vines planrted and then pebble mulch applied, so as to replicate the Rhone style

                      left to right Merlot, Reisling and Cabernet sauvignon

                      also planted a row of peas and two rows of runner beans

                        excellent work I envy you being able to crack on, I've got looooads to do in the garden including building a 6 foot garden wall and instead I'm stuck in the house with my plaster still on my leg, 1 week to go and I get it off!
