Bottled my second batch over the Easter break, my own recipe this time, Elderberry and Cranberry.
I also used red grape concentrate, this is much richer than my first, simpler Elderberry and Runner Bean recipe (CJJ Berry) but it cleared really well all by itself, left it in the DJ's for around four months.
