      Its Red Fruit Wines for me, heavy bodied best.
      For Dessert I like Fruity Ports.
      The wife likes bone dry White & Rose wines.
      Once a week the out laws come round.
      Mother in law likes heavy Reds & Father in law likes sweet whites.
      Wouldn't it be awfull if everyone liked the same?

        I prefer whites shop reds give me indejestion.
        However i am yet to make home reds as just made whites so far.

        Next year i have big plans with elderberrys

                Yep, and mosttimes it is a very topsecret operation! I believe in France and Italy it is actually illegal to add elderberries. Seems it gives an unfair advantage!

                I love to eat the overripe ones right off the bush. Sometimes I regret it......

                      I seem to drink more red than white in the winter.
                      And more white than red in the summer.
