    just got myself a boots filter and need to know if i should somehow steralise the filter pads also, if i filtered my turbo cider would it still prime in the bottle ok thankyou very much

    I am not familiar with that particular filter. Generally though, if these are single use pads, then sanitizing should not be needed. If they are re-useable pads, then thorough cleaning will be required, and you could use a dip in sulphite solution to finish.

    As for removing the yeast with the filter, it takes a very fine filter to remove the yeast. Something on the order of.45 microns. I doubt this filter is this tight.
