So for me the price needs to come down.

      6 X 40p is £2.40 that is lower...if my maths is right thats 10p a bottle saving

min order is 24 bottles, they supply to vineyards so they arent the cheapie ones the home brew shops sell, with the crappy glass

I could prob stretch to £60 worth.. got some grapes to pay for too this month (150 @ 40p, more if they're less!)

More in demijons than bottles at the mo..

I think it would likely be more like 35p or 30p a bottle with those numbers

Bob -- is that approx - 1.00$ - just estimating that a pound is approx 2.00$. If so if I purchase at the brew supply shop here it is around 13$ for a box of 12. Can you folks purchase them at a recycling depot? I get them there at around 5 cents each. DAW

A pallette would run at around £384.12p

                    or 33p per bottle

these prices are for clear bottles, not 100% sure about green, but they are going to get back to me.....

Burgundy style heavy punted quality wine bottles (chateauneuf-du-pape style) are at 36p per bottle, for a pallette load, or 40 p per bottle in cases of 24.
Light green so suitable for both red and white wines.

I bought 96 of the clear type today, not the best bottles in the world but at 33p a go its worth it, these were old stock.

The new ones ...lesser quality than the burgundy's (green or white) will cost 35 per bottle in packs of 24, but that doesn't cover my costs going to get them, or the hours and hours I spent sourcing them and negotiating setting up the discount. (which I might start charging for )

OK then assuming I can still get these burgundy shaped heavy punted light green bottles, good for reds or whites (and I'm pretty sure I can) at 40 per bottle, i need numbers, who wants some, and how many.......

                            names and numbers please....
they will be delivered to my house and you will need to pick them up from here.

                            cheers
                            Bob
