hello there...newby needing help please!

edited as manage to get some today...just about to start! Also any idea how long each stage takes just so I know!! (sorry baby wine maker!)..also just put the sugar in but the level is just below (ie 1.10 as opposed to 1.08 me thinks) so do I add more sugar? Hi guys,
I know this thread ain't been looked at for w while but thought I'd comment anyway. Started a batch of the raspberry, cranberry n elderflower wine last Wednesday (4 days ago) and already its down to 1.00 .
That's faster than most of my others, no complaints though - can't wait to try this stuff..
I'll let y'all know how it goes.

Sometimes a batch just kicks off and finishes
I haven't tried this type.... but did a Lemon and Ginger Twinings tbag wine, following this methodologyInsecure people try to make you feel smaller.
