    Default 6 gallon Wine 1 - Started 5th Feb 2011

    6 litres Tesco White grape Juice
    6 Litres lidl apple juice (clear)
    6 tsp tryzonomzomololo
    6 tsp citric acid
    3.9 kilos sugar

    topped up to 6 gallons and 1 litre (to bring s.g. to 1078 from 1074)


    Pitched yeast at 26c (no starter) used full sachet that was sent

    Got off to an excellent start and a good foamy head on it currently.
