Having read lots about the late addition of ingredients in wines to enhance their characteristics, I was wondering what quantity of Elderflowers to add to a gallon of wine no.1.
I read that after fermentation has finished a few teaspoons of flowers can make a significant contribution but has anyone got any views of what sort of quantity per gallon to add at around SG1.010-SG1.005?
