Started a wine yesterday as I had 3 Litres of Barolo concentrate left over.
So I decided to stick 4.5kg of Frozen Black Forest Fruit with 750g Bluberries into a bucket with the concentrate and added 3 litre of Buleberry Juice, 3litre of Apple and Blackcurrant and 1.5kg of sugar and topped up with water.
Also added 2 tsp Pectolase, 2tsp Yeast Nutrient and 2tsp of Tannin.. and a Gervin Red Yeast
SG was 1092
