Black Forest Fruit

Started a wine yesterday as I had 3 Litres of Barolo concentrate left over.

So I decided to stick 4.5kg of Frozen Black Forest Fruit with 750g Bluberries into a bucket with the concentrate and added 3 litre of Buleberry Juice, 3litre of Apple and Blackcurrant and 1.5kg of sugar and topped up with water.

Also added 2 tsp Pectolase, 2tsp Yeast Nutrient and 2tsp of Tannin.. and a Gervin Red Yeast

SG was 1092

Cor! that sounds like "understatement of the year"!

I hope it turns out ok, cos the ingredients make it sound excellent

I made something similar last year and it tasted delish when i let it age after six months

this time its getting put away for a year at least

Don't be such a curmudgeon Bob all that delicious alcoholic fruitiness deserves to be made into something akin to "rocket fuel ribena"
