      Hi Axl

Get one that im trying at the mo, a brown ale from extract, hops and barley but its not tested its bottled, just waiting for it to carbonate. ive got 4 kits that im drinking now but nothing special just a mild, a stout an IPA and a cider. my last venture was treacle ale but ended in disaster it want sour and went down the drain ( 5 gallons) got a gallon of honey beer/mead/ale that fermenting away.

      regards Paul

        Hey Reaper,

Sounds like you been busy, i like the sound of the brown ale from extract whats the name of the kit i'll give it a go.

I see you like to make cider, have you tried the revolutionary Turbo Cider thats taken most people by storm yet.

Treacle ale, dare i ask if you'll try it again?

            Hi Reaper,

Thanking my lucky stars i aint had to do that with beer making yet, but with the wine i'm keeping stum. Just started 5 gallons of bitter last night, hoping to do some ales and stouts ready for christmas if i get the time.
This could be the first christmas i don't have to buy any alcohol.

                Hello Stevec

I refuse to try the grain until i get a little more confident, but keep them recipes safe for me.

What do you like, lite, dark, big malty brews?

                          Hi Jeff
Ill drink owt but not keen on a brew that has a strong bitter taste, im putting an extract IPA on this weekend, ive done a lot of kits im just trying my hand at extracts at the mo. Have you got a simple all grain recipe for me to try.
                          regards Paul

                            Hay Paul,

The brewing process is mostly the same. We brewed a lot of extract, but switched over about a year ago. We did an extract, called double your pleasure, Dark and malty not overly hoped. I will find the recipe and post it for you.
