Hope so.
Mine went in the carboy today, 1.015
I made it up to the size of the glass carboy to start with, with a starting sg of 1.092 ish (from memory..)

From what I can gather these kits are designed to allow for some top up, obviously not too much but an odd pint should be ok here or there Any more and I'd try to use another wineDiscount Home Brew Supplies

Ere Karl,
You got any recommends for kits that do a decent clone of either Chateauneuf de Pape or a decent St Emillion ?
Cheers

Vieux Chateau Du Roi is WinExperts copy style of Chateauneuf du Pape, Richard S has made this and taken several awards, mind you it is a cracking drop.
As for the St Emilion, I could suggest the Cabrnet Sauvignon/Merlot as a possible close call.
Selection Series are all cracking wines, you'll not be dissapointed.Discount Home Brew Supplies
