Wine, mead and beer maker -
In a blind panic, I have now got four bottles to go in. Two white and two open.
Not sure entirely that all are as ready as I'd like, but am on holiday from tomorrow so needed to try and get some out so i could get a little advice.
Is it ok not to be treating this as a competition, rather as an opportunity for some helpful criticsm?
My bottles will be in the post tonight, first class, although i hear there is a round of post office strikes affecting 25,000 members from friday through to monday.
Hopefully mine wont get entangled in that.

My two bottles of Rose should be with you today Bob.
I've got a feeling that I haven't read the destructions fully and not labelled correctly!
(too much sampling again

Rose #1 has a SG: 0.998 (10.5% ABV) and Rose #2 is SG: 0.992 (12.5% ABV)

dont worry about it at all, if they are labelled incorrexctly i will siomply re-do them, not a problem...
hoping to (time permitting) to set up a webcam on yahoo messenger so we can maybe let everyone see the proceedings (dont hold me to it though as im a fairly busy puppyN.G.W.B.J.
