I have two one gallon demi-jons containing elderflower wine, one has cleared the other remains cloudy. Any suggestions for clearing other than filtering???

Has the wine finished fermenting?
what were/are the numbers...starting and finishing specific gravities?
If it has finished fermenting....
Give it a more time....
perhaps a few rackings at one or two month intervals
If you are in a hurry (never a good thing when making wine) try some finings...
Filtering will not clear cloudy wine, filtering is for polishing allready clear wine.

Sounds like neither is stabilized, 1 is done fermenting, 1 might be finishing slower. Does that sound about right?
