Cranberry/raspberry makes a fruity, easy drinking wine that can be drunk early. But its a bit light bodied for me. might add a bit more tanninand grape concentrate to my next batch.

What sort of commercial wine would you buy (if you weren't a vintner) this may help in determining what to do next.

Pomegranate and Pineapple are both on my list to try.

      regards

How many people do you know who regularly buy pineapples and how many do you know who regularly by guava? I know which I'd be curious to try.

                      Then make the pineapple after.

I've made guava from juice...mmmmmm. We kept in in secondary for sseven months- adding a little more sugar at each racking. It came out sweet and POWERFUL - tasting very much like 'white port wine' from portugal/spain. We've had it for six years and it seems each bottle tastes better than the last (served cold).
