    I know my mistake now, but what can i do to put it right if any and will it be a problem, what i did was i made an easy table wine receipe i was told to make with the right ingridients. But i added sugar without dissolving it first, into demijohn and just gave it a stir. will it be ok.

    Yes it will be ok, stir it as well as you can it will eventualy dissolve. Dissolving the sugar in hot water is the best method as allows us to get a more accurate sg reading at the start, and as your aware doesn't slump to the bottom of the d/j.

      Ok cheers for that. ive also got on the go some turbo cider but its got a brown head on it about 3 inches thick, it is bubbling ok but im not sure whats wrong with it having a head so big on it,,, too much yeast in it maybe???

        Nope, quite normal for turbo it will calm down.
