Busy day!

Tested sg on 4 wines, decided to stabalise and start de-gassing 2 of them. Then had a look at the Montepulciano, racked both the first and second runs. The aroma from the Monte is amazing, very much like chocolate. Then went to Stinky's for a bottle emptying session. Busy day indeed!
