I make 2 gallons a week so around a 100 gallons

i drink most of it, some of it is aged, some of it is given away

5 gallons of Port
1 gallon of Chianti (ffft ffft ffft ffft ffft)
1 gallon of Chateuax du Roi
3 gallons of wine number 2

Well so far this year... I seem to have made 81 gallons
That is if the port I have made is 4 gallons... as it is fluctuating... It started at 5... but now the pulp is out... it is more like 4. But what is a gallon between friends

I should have a free 5 gallon DJ soon.... and a few kits waiting to go... so I don't expect that to be the final number for this year

In my case, it's stuff that was started in 2008, regardless of when it's bottled/finished etc...

I figure it includes everything that was started at some point in '08.

If I start something today, it will technically be part of wine made in '09.

Speaking of which, I'm thinking about getting a batch of icewine going tomorrow or Saturday.

Well very well then. 10 batches 5gal each beer.Three orchard breezin kits 5gal each that is 75 Three white wines 5gal each 4 red wines 5 gal each blackberry 5 gal juice one chardonnay one merlot 5 gal each. 5 gal Joes ancient orange 5 gal mixed berry.130 for 2008 Great hobby for sure. that is just my own personal brewing over the las three months I put on and through 220 for customers almost all 5 gals each except for a few ports and Ice wine styles.
